Soak pecans in steaming hot water for 15 minutes or in typical water for 2–3 hours.
Drain the water, eliminate pecans and wipe it with a fabric. Coarsely crush these pecans with cucumber seeds.
In a dish broil the ground pecans for 5 minutes (without ghee), add milk, rock sugar powder, cardamom powder and saffron and cook for 10 minutes on medium fire. Continue to mix consistently.
Remove from fire and add dates.
Embellishment it with pumpkin seeds and dates and serve hot.
