We would like to draw to your attention SARAWAT Policy for returning or Exchanging items bought from SARAWAT: –

1. Items to be returned to the same branch they were bought along with original   receipt within seven days from date of purchasing 

2. Fresh products (vegetables, fruits, Dairy, Delicatessen, Meat, Fishery, Frozen, & Bakery) can be return or exchange within 24 hours from purchase under the following conditions: –

– Products must be in good condition not misused or tampered with.

– Kept with original packaging 

– Product stored according to the instructions on the item

The following items cannot be return or exchange: –

1. Newspapers and Magazines

2. Underwear

3. Health and beauty products

4. Damaged Product

5. Free items or Gifts
